Great, the first step is done. We value having a face-to-face conversation with our clients to determine what you need and how we can make it happen.

Information gathering & timelines

Probably one of the most important steps. In order for our team to start on any work we will require as much information from you as possible.

This information should include things like your company name, colours you like, images you have, copy (wording) that needs to be on your website, references to other website you like and more.

The more information we have the better.

Unfortunately we cannot schedule your project to commence if no or very little information has been provided. It’s crucial that you provide the information as soon as possible.

Once you have provided us with all the information will we communicate the relevant timelines regarding your project.

Let the magic happen

With all the information provided our team will start with your project. Turning knobs, writing code and letting the creative juices flow.

We will keep you posted as we make progress and if there is anything else we need we will get in touch with you.

Reviews & feedback

Once we are ready will we get in touch and share a link with you to review your newly created website.

Now is the time to tell us what you love, what you don’t love and where we need to tweak your website to make sure everything is pixel perfect.

We allow for two revision opportunities to make or request changes. Please raise any concerns as we will charge an additional fee for any other changes after these two revision opportunities.

Once you’re happy with your website and give us written approval to go live one of two things will have to happen:

You already have hosting

If you already have hosting with another provider and would like to stay with them we will require your FTP (File Transfer Protocol) details to transfer your website.

Alternatively you can make the smart decision and move your hosting to the professionals who built your website, Aurora Digital.

You require hosting

If you need hosting and custom emails no need to look any further, we do it all.

We can register your domain (www.example.com) and setup your hosting for you. All you need to do is sit back and relax!

Maintenance & upkeep

Congratulations! Your new website is now live. To make sure your website runs smoothly and stays current we offer several month-to-month maintenance services. One of our friendly staff members will get in touch to discuss the maintenance options.
